Trust resolutions

Discretionary trusts must execute a written resolution determining present entitlement of beneficiaries by 30 June each year. Without a resolution, the default position under the deed (or the s99A penalty rate of 47%) applies. Generate one here, print to PDF before signing, then file the executed copy back into documents.
